Thursday Night Primetime IPO Pricings

IPO Boutique is anticipating five IPOs to price Thursday night. We will update this post as the pricings come in.

Albertsons Companies Inc (ACI) — Albertson’s priced a down-sized offering of 50.0mm shares at $16.00 ($2.00 below range) and will debut on Friday. The downsize and below range pricing did come after “heated discussions” according to Joshua Franklin of Reuters. 

Agora Inc’s (API) priced a full-size deal, 17.5mm ADSs, at $20.00 ($2.00 above range. The original filing range $16-$18 with 17.5mm ADSs.

Akouos Inc (AKUS) is priced 12.5mm shares at $17.00. The price range was $14-$16.

Fusion Pharmaceuticals (FUSN) priced 12.5mm shares at $17.00 ($1.00 above range). The original filing range was $14-$16 and the size   was increased earlier this week from 8.35mm  shares –> 12.5mm shares.

PolyPid Ltd. (PYPD) priced 3.75mm shares at $16.00. The original filing range was $15-$17 with 3.125mm shares.
