IPO Weekly Recap – 3.28.2015 – SolarEdge Technology Shines in Debut

This past week two IPOs debuted, one updated terms and four new deals filed.

It was a relatively quiet week on the IPO front as just two deals debuted, one of which opened with a solid premium. SolarEdge Technologies (Nasdaq: SEDG) priced at the high end of the range ($18.00) and opened 11% higher with a $20.00 price at first trade. ‘SEDG’ hit an opening week high of $21.89, good for a 22% boost above the IPO price. Here’s a sample of the advisories we sent out on SolarEdge so that our subscribers knew this would be a deal the could produce nice returns.

Jernigan Capital (NYSE: JCAP) debuted with little fanfare as the deal priced at $20.00 and opened at $20.05.

It should be noted that one deal this week, ViewRay Incorporated (Nasdaq: VRAY),  has been pushed back to the middle of this week. Please refer to last week’s write-up and advisories for more information on ‘VLRX’.
