Shares opened at $22.51, representing a gain of approximately 12.6% from the IPO price, and traded in an exceptionally tight intraday range before closing at $22.52.
The stock reached an intraday high of $23.00 and a low of $22.24, highlighting unusually stable trading behavior for a newly public financial services company. Lincoln traded in a controlled and orderly fashion throughout the day. LCLN traded high on Thursday and Friday and closed the week at $24.06 or 20.5% above issue.
Institutional investors also appear attracted to the company’s broader strategic positioning. Lincoln operates through a diversified advisory platform spanning M&A advisory, capital advisory, private funds advisory, and valuations services. The company has also demonstrated strong long-term financial performance, growing revenues from roughly $192 million in 2015 to approximately $843 million on a pro forma basis in 2025.
Looking ahead, the IPO market takes a brief hiatus for the Memorial Day holiday but then will ramp back up. WhiteHawk Income Corporation, Safepoint Holdings Inc., Neutron Holdings Inc., Quantinuum Inc., Applied Aerospace & Defense Inc., INNIO N.V., Sunshine Silver Mining & Refining Company, Forbright Inc., ERock Inc., Parabilis Medicines Inc., Space Exploration Technologies Corp. and First Carolina Financial Services have recently filed for an IPO and could launch in the month of May. June is also expected to feature the largest IPO in history with Elon Musk’s SpaceX expected to go public on June 12th.
