This demonstrates the current\u00a0lack of appetite\u00a0for new issues in the marketplace. The deal that came to market,\u00a0<strong><b>First Data Corporation (NYSE: FDC), <\/b><\/strong>\u00a0needed to be priced severely below the original range. &#8216;FDC&#8217; opened with a $0.39 premium but quickly traded below the offering price. First Data closed the week even in respect to its offering price.<\/p>\n<p>The three other deals on the schedule attempted to rework their terms but failed to come to market.\u00a0<strong><b>Albertsons (NYSE: ABS)\u00a0<\/b><\/strong>postponed its deal in part\u00a0after a retail giant, Walmart,\u00a0 released negative news about the growth of its industry. The other deals scheduled this week, <strong><b>Adesto Technologies (NASDAQ: IOTS) <\/b><\/strong>and <strong><b>American Farmland Corporation (NASDAQ: AFCO)<\/b><\/strong>, are currently considered to be in day to day status, according to the underwriters.<\/p>\n<p>Looking ahead to this week, we expect &#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ipoboutique.com\/blog\/secondaries-announced-10-15-2015\/\">SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ipoboutique.com\/blog\/?p=970\" target=\"_blank\">IPO Schedule &#8211; Week of 10.19.15<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please check your emails early and often. We may upgrade or downgrade an IPO and or secondary \u2013sometimes with not as much notice as we would like to give.
