This week four IPOs debuted, <\/span>nine IPOs updated terms<\/b> and\u00a0<\/span>one new IPO<\/b> filed.<\/b><\/p>\n

The week of 6\/10\/19-6\/14\/19 saw one of the hottest weeks in the IPO market in recent memory. Three of the four deals saw their stock trade more than 85% above the issue price in its opening session and two doubled in their opening week. <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

CrowdStrike Holdings Inc (CRWD) — This IPO lived up to the mania. <\/b>CrowdStrike priced a full-size deal, 18.0mm shares, at $34.00 or $4.00 above the upwardly-revised $28-$30 range. <\/span>The scorching hot deal opened at $63.50 for a gain of 86.8% at first trade.<\/b> The deal hit a first week high of $70.79 for a <\/span>top tick of 108.2%<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Fiverr International Holdings Inc (FVRR) <\/b>priced a full-size deal, 5.26mm shares, at <\/span>$21.00<\/b> (one-dollar above range) and opened at<\/span> $26.00 for a gain of 23.8% at first trade<\/b>. FVRR traded straight up during its opening session to as high as $41.68 on day one and a <\/span>first week high of $44.25 for a high print of 110.7%<\/b> above the $21.00 issue price. <\/span><\/p>\n

Chewy Inc (CHWY) \u00a0— This IPO followed suit and had a first day performance that even surpassed our high expectations.<\/b> The deal was upsized from 41.6mm shares to 46.5mm shares and priced at $22 marking a $1.023bn cash raise. <\/span>The stock opened at $36.00 for a gain of 63.8% at first trade. <\/b>CHWY traded as high as <\/span>$41.34<\/b>, at the time of this writing, for a high of 87.9%.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Mohawk Group Holdings (MWK) — <\/b>This Roth Capital led deal priced 3.6mm shares at $10.00 or<\/span> $4.00 under the $14-$16 range and opened at $10.00. <\/b>Within seconds of opening, MWK broke the issue price and was trending lower throughout its opening week (<\/span>low of $8.33 at the time of this writing<\/b>)<\/span>.\"\"<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n

Looking ahead to this week, there are<\/span> seven IPOs<\/b> (including six biotech offerings) on the schedule. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
