{"id":547,"date":"2015-04-24T18:19:01","date_gmt":"2015-04-24T22:19:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ipoboutique.com\/blog\/?p=547"},"modified":"2015-04-24T18:19:01","modified_gmt":"2015-04-24T22:19:01","slug":"ipo-weekly-recap-apigee-sells-off-in-opening-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ipoboutique.com\/blog\/ipo-weekly-recap-apigee-sells-off-in-opening-day\/","title":{"rendered":"IPO Weekly Recap: Apigee sells off in opening day"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This past week two IPOs debuted, seven updated terms and six new deals filed.<\/p>\n<p>The deal of the week, <strong><b>Apigee Corporation (Nasdaq: APIC)<\/b><\/strong>, was many-multiple times oversubscribed and priced ($17.00) at the mid-point of the $16-$18 range. \u2018APIC\u2019 opened with a three-dollar premium with a $20.00 first trade; however, the deal sold off on day one and closed below the offering price at $16.70.\u00a0 The week\u2019s other deal, <strong><b>National Storage Affiliates Trust (NYSE: NSA)<\/b><\/strong>, priced below range ($13.00) and opened flat.\u00a0 \u2018NSA\u2019 hit a high of $13.52 on its opening day before closing the week at $13.10.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ipoboutique.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/iposummary04242015.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-548\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ipoboutique.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/iposummary04242015.png\" alt=\"iposummary04242015\" width=\"878\" height=\"79\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ipoboutique.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/iposummary04242015.png 878w, https:\/\/www.ipoboutique.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/iposummary04242015-600x54.png 600w, https:\/\/www.ipoboutique.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/iposummary04242015-300x27.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 878px) 100vw, 878px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>It should be noted that a deal that was scheduled to debut this week, <strong><b>Viking Therapeutics (Nasdaq: VKTX), <\/b><\/strong>has been pushed out to this coming week.
