The deal that worked, <strong>National Commerce Corporation (NYSE: NCOM)<\/strong> was just a 1.7 million share offering. \u2018NCOM\u2019 priced mid-range, $19.50, and opened 8% higher with a $21.05 first trade. National Commerce Corporation hit a first week high of $22.45 for a 15% return above the IPO price.<\/p>\n<p>It should be noted that one deal this week, <strong>Valeritas (Nasdaq: VLRX)<\/strong>, did not debut as scheduled this week and has been moved to this coming week.
