The deal traded well in its opening week hitting a high of $21.49\u2014good for a 19% premium.<\/p>\n<p>Looking ahead to this week, there are currently four deals on the schedule.<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipoboutique.com\/cgi\/info\/GoldmanSachsBDC-GSBD-info.php\" target=\"_blank\">Goldman Sachs BDC (NYSE: GSBD)<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipoboutique.com\/cgi\/info\/NationalCommerceCorporation-NCOM-info.php\" target=\"_blank\">National Commerce Corportation (Nasdaq: NCOM)<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipoboutique.com\/cgi\/info\/SteadyMed-STDY-info.php\" target=\"_blank\">SteadyMed (Nasdaq: STDY)<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipoboutique.com\/cgi\/info\/Valeritas-VLRX-info.php\" target=\"_blank\">Valeritas (Nasdaq: VLRX)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Another week has gone by and we want to continue to point out the continued large quantity of secondary\u2019s to come to market. This week, 31 secondary\u2019s came to market. This was after 25 follow-on offerings came to market last week.<\/p>\n<p>Please check your emails early and often. We may upgrade or downgrade an IPO and or secondary \u2013sometimes with not as much notice as we would like to give. If you have interest in IPOs do NOT delay your IOI\u2019s (hopefully they are already in)\u2026you can always cancel them. We will keep you posted if and as when\u2026we have anything pertinent to add.
