This past week three IPOs debuted…all with strong performances at the open. No other was strong than the first unicorn IPO of the year, ZScaler Inc.<\/p>\n

\"Zscaler\"<\/a><\/p>\n

ZScaler Inc (ZS) <\/b>upsized and boosted the range from an original 10mm shares at $10-$12 to 12mm shares at $13-$15. Ultimately, ZScaler (2018\u2019s first unicorn)<\/b>, priced 12.0mm shares at $16.00 and opened at $27.50- for a spectacular debut.<\/p>\n

\"ArcusBiosciences\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Arcus Biosciences (RCUS)<\/b> upsized its offering and priced at the high-end of the $13-$15 range. RCUS opened with a 33% premium with a first trade of $20.00 but sold off in its opening session…closing its first day as a publicly traded company at $17.00.<\/p>\n

\"BridgewaterBancshares\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Bridgewater Bancshares (BWB) <\/b>priced its offering at the midpoint of the $10.50-$12.50 range, $11.75, and opened to a 7.7% premium with a $12.66 first trade. BWB traded above $13.00 in its opening session\u2019s marking another win for Sandler O\u2019Neill as a bank holding company underwriter.<\/b><\/p>\n
