Eleven came to market in another robust week for new issues. Ten Of the eleven offerings opened 10% or more above their issue price and many saw nice “follow-through” action.<\/p>\n

DoubleVerify Holdings Inc (DV)\u00a0<\/strong>priced a full-size deal,\u00a013.3mm shares<\/strong>, at the high-end of the range,\u00a0$27.00<\/strong>, and\u00a0opened at $35.00 for a gain of 29.6% at first trade.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

UiPath Inc (PATH)\u00a0<\/strong>priced\u00a023.9mm shares at $56.00<\/strong>\u00a0($2 Above the Upwardly Revised Range) and will\u00a0opened at $65.50 for a gain of 17.0% at first trade. PATH\u00a0<\/strong>traded as high as $80.00 in its opening week.<\/p>\n

Security awareness platform, KnowBe4 Inc (KNBE)<\/strong>\u00a0priced\u00a09.5mm shares<\/strong>\u00a0(downsized from 11.8mm) at\u00a0$16.00<\/strong>\u00a0(low-end of the range) \u00a0and\u00a0opened at $19.95 for a gain of 24.7% at first trade. KNBE\u00a0<\/strong>traded as high as 62.1% above the issue price at its peak.<\/p>\n

The IPO that traded the best this week was chip-maker SkyWater Technologies Inc. (SKYT) <\/strong>which priced\u00a07.0mm shares<\/strong>\u00a0(upsized from 5.8mm)\u00a0at $14.00<\/strong>\u00a0(high-end of the range) and\u00a0opened at $15.50 for a gain of 10.7% at first trade.\u00a0<\/strong>The stock closed Friday’s session at $20.96 or 49.7% above the $14.00 issue price.<\/p>\n

Biotech and healthcare offerings were, once again, particularly strong.<\/p>\n

Treace Medical Concepts Inc (TMCI)\u00a0<\/strong>priced\u00a011.25mm shares<\/strong>\u00a0(upsized from 9.375mm shares) at the high-end of the range,\u00a0$17.00<\/strong>, and\u00a0opened at $24.50 for a gain of 44.1% at first trade.<\/strong><\/p>\n

NeuroPace Inc (NPCE)\u00a0<\/strong>officially\u00a0priced\u00a06.0mm shares<\/strong>\u00a0(upsized from 5.3mm) at the high-end of the range,\u00a0$17.00 and opened at $23.25 for a gain of 36.8% at first trade.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rain Therapeutics Inc (RAIN)\u00a0<\/strong>priced a full-size deal,\u00a07.35mm shares<\/strong>, at the midpoint of the range,\u00a0$17.00<\/strong>, and\u00a0opened at $22.10 for a gain of 30% at first trade.\u00a0<\/strong>That opening print did not stick as RAIN closed the week at $15.80 or -7.1% versus issue.<\/p>\n

Impel NeuroPharma Inc (IMPL)\u00a0<\/strong>priced a full-size deal,\u00a05.3mm shares<\/strong>, at the midpoint of the range,\u00a0$15.00<\/strong>, and\u00a0opened at $15.31 for a gain of 2.1% at first trade. IMPL\u00a0<\/strong>closed the week flat.<\/p>\n

Agiliti Inc (AGTI)<\/strong>\u00a0priced a full-size deal,\u00a026.3mm shares, at $14.00<\/strong>\u00a0($4 below range) and\u00a0opened at $16.05 for a gain of 14.6% at first trade.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Latham Group Inc (SWIM)\u00a0<\/strong>priced a full-size deal,\u00a020.0mm shares<\/strong>, at the low-end of the range,\u00a0$19.00<\/strong>, and\u00a0opened at $24.70 for a gain of 30.0% at first trade.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Zymergen Inc (ZY)\u00a0<\/strong>priced an upsized offering of\u00a016.1mm shares<\/strong>\u00a0(increased from 13.6mm)\u00a0at $31.00<\/strong> (high-end of the range) and\u00a0opened 30% higher with an opening print of $40.30.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
