The deal o<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipoboutique.com\/blog\/ipo-weekly-recap-box-shines-in-debut\/\" target=\"_blank\">pened 44% higher<\/a> and traded as high as 77% above the IPO price.<\/p>\n<p>This week, Cramer is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/id\/102369535\" target=\"_blank\">on the prowl <\/a>for another IPO: Shake Shack (NYSE: SHAK)<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"http:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/video\/cramer-piece-ipo-231500528.html?format=embed\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><br \/>\nIt&#8217;s hard to find a negative article about the upcoming Shake Shack deal. Retail investors looking to bite into a piece of Shake Shack will likely be paying a size-able amount above the offering price.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The demand for Shake Shack is through the roof,&#8221; senior managing partner at IPOBoutique, Scott Sweet, said. &#8220;The deal is exponentially oversubscribed and will likely offer a larger premium out of the gates than either<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipoboutique.com\/cgi\/info\/ZoesKitchenInc-ZOES-info.php\" target=\"_blank\">Zoes Restaurant (NYSE: ZOES) <\/a><\/strong>or <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipoboutique.com\/cgi\/info\/TheHabitRestaurants-HABT-info.php\" target=\"_blank\">The Habit Restaurant (Nasdaq: HABT)<\/a><\/strong>.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>A Pipeline now in the Pipeline<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The way that oil and gas has traded over the last three months, it was surprising to see Rice Energy bring its midstream company, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipoboutique.com\/cgi\/info\/RiceMidstreamPartners-RMB-info.php\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Rice Midstream (NYSE: RMB)<\/strong> <\/a>public in December. On Monday, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipoboutique.com\/cgi\/info\/ColumbiaPipelinePartners-CPPL\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Columbia Pipeline Partners (NYSE: CPPL)<\/strong><\/a> updated terms for its IPO.
