The initial shares and range were: \u00a038.2m shares at $16-$18.<\/p>\n<p><strong>JELD-WEN Holding (NYSE: JELD)<\/strong> &#8212; JELD-WEN Holding priced 25m shares at $23.00 &#8212; or the top end of the range.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jounce Therapeutics (Nasdaq: JNCE)<\/strong> &#8211; Jounce Therapeutics upsized its offering and priced $1.00 above the range. &#8216;JNCE&#8217; priced 6.36m shares at $16.00 and will debut Friday (1\/27). The initial shares and range was\u00a0to\u00a0price 5.4m shares at a listed range of\u00a0$13-$15.<\/p>\n<p><strong>REV Group (NYSE: REVG)<\/strong> &#8211; REV Group priced 12.5m shares at $22&#8211;or $1.00 above the range.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Visterra Therapeutics (Nasdaq: VIST)<\/strong> &#8211; Visterra Therapeutics did not price on Thursday night. As of Friday morning at 8:12am EST&#8230;the underwriters state that &#8216;$VIST is in day-to-day status.
