Last night, Box, Inc. (NYSE: BOX)<\/a> priced its IPO<\/a><\/strong> $1 above the $11-$13 range at $14. The deal was 12.5 million shares and raised $175 million for the company.<\/p>\n

Box was the subject of a lot of media speculation this week. Box was valued at $2.4 billion during its last round of funding yet is IPO’ing for considerably less than that valuation.<\/p>\n
