As we look into the future of the IPO market in 2017, we thought it was significant to point out the recent flurry of new filings to end the latter half of December. Below are nine new filings that filed with the SEC since December 14. Among the nine filings, three are energy companies and three are healthcare deals. While there was just a single technology deal to file in this group, we strongly believe that the tech sector will be more active in 2017 than 2016.<\/p>\n
It should also be noted while there are nine new filings, other notable names have updated their prospectus in anticipation of a potential IPO in 2017.<\/p>\n
