This past week two IPOs debuted, three updated terms and four new deals filed.<\/p>\n

The 2015 IPO market opened with a pair of deals that had an uninspiring performance. Patriot National (NYSE: PN)<\/strong><\/a> priced below the range, $14, and debuted with a first trade of $13.49. \u2018PN\u2019 never traded above its offering price on day one. The other deal to debut, County Bancorp (Nasdaq: ICBK)<\/strong><\/a>, priced $0.25 below the prevailing $16-$18 range at $15.75. \u2018ICBK\u2019 opened at $16.35 for a 3.8% premium above the offering price. The low float deal (1.18 million shares) hit a high of $17.09 representing a 9% increase above the offering price.<\/p>\n

It should be noted that the Sutherland Asset Management (NYSE: SLD) <\/strong><\/a>IPO has been postponed. There is no further information at this time.<\/p>\n

Looking ahead to this week, there is one deal on the schedule, Box Inc. (NYSE: BOX)<\/strong><\/a>…..<\/p>\n
