The third full week of June will have four<\/del> five IPOs scheduled to price this week.<\/p>\n

The week begins with Royalty Pharmaceuticals (RPRX) pricing Monday after the close for a Tuesday debut. At the high-end of the $25-$28 range, Royalty Pharmaceuticals would raise $1.96bn which would make it the largest cash raise of 2020 behind Warner Music Group (WMG).<\/p>\n

IPO Boutique received a message regarding color of the RPRX offering complete with our commentary on how we believe the deal will open and is available for paying subscribers<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

As for the three launches on Monday, Forma Therapeutics (FMTX), Repare Therapeutics (RPTX) & Progenity Inc (PROG)…they will all price Thursday evening for a Friday debut.<\/p>\n

Update: A fourth IPO launched Monday morning — Genetron Holdings (GTH)<\/em><\/p>\n
